My son went through their age waiver process and needed 6 RA credits for admission. He did not have to complete a professional learning review. You can read through his experience here:

Here are the details of the TESU requirements - if you don't qualify for the age waiver, you just have to do the TESU orientation (2 hours or so) before you can enroll, and your first semester with TESU is limited to 9 credits: https://www.tesu.edu/admissions/requirem...ations)%3B
They could take a couple of classes at ASU or choose another option - this page has a bunch of possible options: https://degreeforum.miraheze.org/wiki/Sources_of_Credit
TESU also has a partnership with Genesis University, where several history classes can be taken and transferred in and are counted as RA:
