Your planned courses look good and match almost exactly what my friend took - they took both Environmental Science and Chemistry, as they wanted to make sure to get up to 90 credits transferred in. They took a couple of extra classes at UMPI to add a minor.
You don't need both College Math and Stats for the 3A and 3B, since either fulfills both requirements, but you can take both to get to your max transfer in - by my count, you would want 7 classes from Sophia for 21 credits, but currently have 3 or 4 planned - add a couple of more for electives.
