So I contacted IEE chat support, asking if I could get a refund because I accidently used the wrong card and they just kept on repeating the same thing, that they only evaluate foreign credentials.

Not that I believe her on this topic that they don't evaluate the school but yeah, the conversation was annoying.

[Me]: yes

[Agent]: Please note that we do not evaluate credentials earned in US.

This is IEE. We are a NACES member and are accredited to evaluate foreign credentials (eraned outside of US) to be used for further study programs in the US to your college or university of choice, or for employment/immigration/military, and licensure purposes. 

We also offer assessment of your foreign credentials for Canada with education and employment as purposes.

[Agent]: Yes we do have partnership with Atlanta College of Liberal Arts and Sciences. However the credential you listed is from US from the same University.

[Agent]: Please confirm if you have another credential that you earned outside of US which we can evaluate. Again we cannot evaluated credentials earned in US since they are already in the US grading system.

[Me]: I know the details I added? Are you saying it's not the same college? I don't understand the problem

[Me]: Do I have to email the ceo if you can't help me?

[Agent]: We have reviewed the information you've provided and noticed that your academic credentials are from an institution in the U.S. 

We would like to bring to your attention that IEE ONLY evaluates foreign academic credentials.

[Me]: What don't you understand about the partnership to evaluate? That you guys literally have a page for them

After, she asked me if I had a transcript from another school that I wanted to evaluate...
