Degree Planning Advice For Research (Upper Level) Credit

As of yesterday, I completed the capstone for my Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Management degree. I just wanted to share that Excelsior accepted the following credits from Sophia toward my degree in August 2024:

- 2022/FA ART HISTORY II (HISTORY OF WESTERN ART II P 3.00 H L)
- 2023/SP CALCULUS I(CALCULUS I P 4.00 N L)
- 2023/SP ENVIRONMENTAL SCIENCE (ENVIRONMENTAL SCIENCE P 3.00 N L)
- 2023/SP FINANCIAL ACCOUNTING (FINANCIAL ACCOUNTING P 3.00 B L)
- 2023/SP INTRODUCTION TO CHEMISTRY (GENERAL CHEMISTRY P 3.00 N L)
- 2023/SP INTRODUCTION TO STATISTICS (ELEMENTARY STATISTICS P 3.00 N L)
- 2023/SP PRINCIPLES OF MANAGEMENT (MANAGEMENT P 3.00 B U)

The only Sophia credit they counted as upper level from Sophia was Principles of Management. Overall, I had a pleasant experience with Excelsior. Several of my teachers were very accommodating when I had military obligations that took precedence. The capstone was very easy. The only requirements were discussions on the odd weeks and papers on the even weeks. I am thankful that I discovered this forum and thank you to everyone for all the advice and mentorship that you conduct here. I am happy to be complete and I can finally begin the process of submitting for a commissioning program.
