Nothing is 100% certain and that is the problem. Even the transfer credit friendly schools like TESU and Excelsior appear to have a motive (money) to get you to take as many courses with them as possible by denying credit transfers. This is why they are reluctant to put up transfer equivalencies for sites like Study.com and Sophia. Regardless you should have no problem getting 90 credits transferred to them, it is the last 23-24 credits that become tricky.
