Does anyone have a link to "upgrading" or "renewing" your diploma from the old version to the new version? Or do I have to just pay for a new Masters outright at this point? I decided to upgrade my Hotel Management one to the Revenue and Hospitality one.

Hi there - I haven't looked at the course list between the old and new degree programs for this particular program, but I would say there most likely are new classes you need to take. I have chronicled my efforts to get the updated HR degree as well as the new degree in coaching and mindfulness and it has taken some effort on my side to keep the wheels turning. You can go back through the last few posts of mine to see exactly what I mean. Best of luck, you can get there, it's just wading through the typical ENEB inconsistencies we sometimes are prone to experience.
If I were you I wouldn't give up the ghost just yet. I would email both the academy email and the secretaria@eneb.es emails to see if there is a different answer you might get. It's frustrating, I know, but I there may be someone more influential or more in the know on the Spanish side of the school that can advocate for what you've requested. I doubt they would want to process a refund and lose fees.
Hi Mike,
Which degree program did you happen to enroll in?
If you have purchased the written methodology, there is nothing that prohibits you from turning in final projects as fast or as slow as you desire. Also, if you are not aware, and excuse me please if you are, there are no other requirements to receive course completions by way of the various course surveys (quizzes - I believe they are called surveys). I started late August 2022 and by the end of October 2022/mid November 2022 I had completed the MBA with the Master in HR and Master in Management and Team Management, as so many courses were cross-listed between the programs. I then picked up a few more programs in Winter/Spring 2023 and finished off with the Master in Project Management spring 2023 because I had submitted my professional certification in Project Management for consideration and was awarded two courses Convalidada (exempted).
Being an ENEB student since 2022 I have submitted projects both the old way through email submission and with my recent return via the online portal and the process for the return of grades has improved and has overall had a quicker submission time. I do have to say the current graders are grading the papers harder than what I experienced during my 2022-2023 time as a student. I did have a challenge with getting my Master in HR degree awarded, and it was actually the first one technically finished but awarded last of my original 3 degrees because one of the projects was lost as an email attachment and I had to resend. After that I can't recall how long it took to get my HR diploma but it was a few months for whatever reason on their end.
Finally, as for grading, then versus now, if you are a perfectionist be prepared to invest time and effort detailing exactly what the Final Project template has asked for. And, even then, I have to say there was one of my recent projects I still do not understand what the grader appeared to think what had been asked for in the project versus the feedback they provided to me when I got the project returned...
Best of luck to you!

Was informed by ENEB due to IT working on a part of the platform course Exemptions are currently not available with no timeframe available when Exemptions may resume.
Upon hearing this I just wrote a kind response and asked for consideration to make an exception to the rule, as the ENEB website has nothing available as to the recent status of Exemptions, to include Exemptions are available in the ENEB Marketplace actually, and the link I used to make payment for the Course Exemption Fee was not disabled.
We shall see if my request might land in the positive side of an inconsistent responder.
I didn't want to get too confrontational, but has anyone been given any type of Exemptions when starting an ENEB training program with a Bachelor's program, incomplete credits from another degree program, etc.?
The world won't stop spinning I know if they don't provide this exemption or choose to not respond, but another email may just make all the difference, you never know as ENEB can sometimes be soooooooo inconsistent and sooooooo frustrating to deal with.
I just experienced another round of inconsistency. I have the (old-style) MBA + Big Data program in my account. They are currently running Black Friday deals—€99 for adding an extra program. I contacted the information number listed to ask if I could add a Master’s in Project Management. The ENEB employee at this service number stated that it was possible. They told me I just needed to purchase the extra program and then contact the Academic Department.
However, the Academic Department stated that this was not possible.
I also inquired about changing my (new-style) Double Master’s program, which I have scheduled to start in 2026 (with the option to start earlier), to better align with the courses of the Global MBA. The sales representative assured me this was also possible and again told me to contact the Academic Department.
When I contacted the Academic Department, they informed me that it is impossible to make any changes. They said they could only add the Master’s in Project Management to my account. This, however, is of no use to me if it doesn’t integrate with the Global Master’s. As a result, I asked them to cancel the extra Master’s program I purchased. I was instructed to request the refund through Hotmart, and I am now waiting for it to be processed.
I suspect they have outsourced their sales to external representatives who have only limited information.
I guess with ENEB, you get what you pay for...
