At this time, we do not accept IEE evaluations in transfer. I should also note that TESU already has an ACEI evaluation on file for you and awarded credit from this transcript. TESU does not allow the mixing and matching of foreign transfer evaluations, or award credit from more than one foreign credential evaluation service per student.

Ok, it seems that the situation is even worse than expected. Not only can´t I use IEE (as expected from their website), but I also can´t use a new FCE for new transcripts according to this answer. Unless I´m not understanding it correctly.
