For the English requirement, I would take 3 TEL learning courses, if you don´t want to take the TOEFL.

I took one TEL Learning, plus two Olivet Nazarene University (ONU), but ONU isn´t cheap or self-paced anymore. So TEL Learning would be the best option to avoid the TOEFL.
