Basically, its a B on all subjects as I understand. Because an A starts after 9.0
It's very political & these evaluators don't have to follow common sense in converting grades, unfortunately. WES USA converted my Swedish grades wrong (basically lowered A's to C's!) despite that they got an official equivalency chart from my Swedish university when they received the transcript. I have seen people mention the same issue with degrees from other countries when using various American FCEs.
