First off, you can decide to take 15 credits at TESU for residency credits, you also need to make sure you have 30 RA credits total. You can transfer in 90 ACE/NCCRS credits or use acceptable equivalents from certs, foreign credits, etc. I would do classes at TESU that can't be taken elsewhere for cheap and the cornerstone/capstone...
