The message I posted above is the rejection from Eccits. I submitted an evaluation for 6 degrees, and all of them were rejected yesterday with the response text from above. I also sent an email asking if they do not issue Spanish Level 7 Propio, but unfortunately, I received no information.
You might want to look at some of ENEB's partner universities besides Isabel I that plan to award their own degree along with the ENEB diploma. Some of those may result in an official Masters diploma which could result in a positive foreign credential evaluation.

Universidad Azteca also has a validation evaluation system they use to grant an official degree based on previous studies.

Thank you. Do you have experience with this? Do you know if I can directly contact the partner universities, or do I need to contact ENEB first if I need more information?
For ENEB, I would contact the partner universities to see if they will start issuing validation diplomas now or later. I have no experience with this other than inquiring about MCA Business School having a partnership with UCAM and finding out that students at MCA are issued a Master Titulo Propio diploma from UCAM in the same way Isabel I does for ENEB.
