Weird, on paper TESU and the likes of UMPI should actually look better... They're a public/state institution vs an exclusively online institution such as SNHU/WGU... I generally recommend a public/state institution first over exclusively online non-profit/private unless they offer a program that's not available. The same goes for the for-profit or NA institutions, they'll be a viable option for those seeking a doctoral degree as there aren't as many options available. But for undergrad, stick with public/state institutions as a first choice, exclusively online non-profit/private institutions next, then at the bottom of your list should be for-profit/NA ones.
