International Student in SNHU

Unless you're in other parts of the world, this SNHU option isn't available for you, most of the people on the board is from the US... Having said that, would people from say, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, or Europe have an option similar to this? I know the Europe option is available for a very similar price range... If so, how does someone get that discount or scholarship? I guess asking them directly would be the option...
