My education system is completely different, so I often don't understand what you're saying very well, and I often use software to communicate and correct what I want to say as much as possible, so that it's close to what a native English speaker would say!

Most of Asia country, a university accepted by government, it's mean accredited. But US is not, a university need a licence to operate, but they need other organization to accreditation. This organization need Education Department US accepted, if not your degree unvalued.
