Sorry I am not sure if I am in the right place but I purchased the deal off Groupon, emailed to admissions@eneb.com as per instructions 4 days ago.

They came back to me the same day saying I should contact academy@eneb.com and so I did as soon as I got their reply.

I have never heard from them since then, I texted the number on WhatsApp, the staff said I should contact academy@eneb.com, I told them I did, and never received further reply.

Should I just wait indefinitely or there is a better way to contact them?

Hi, I’m new here and tried to enroll via Groupon two days ago. Could you enroll in the meantime.

Today ENEB sent me a Mail writing "that we no longer work with groupon" and that they will inform Groupon to refund me. I bought it at Groupon for about 255 Euros for MBA and Master. As I have to look how to refund it, I still wonder if I nevertheless should enroll. Do you have any advice, how it would be the cheapest way to enroll without Groupon?

This is concerning. I'm still holding onto a voucher that I had only intended on using once I was done with my Triple Masters. 

I'll try to redeem it now and see what they say.
