Is WGU hard ??

But in more mature programs the resources are all there and laid out for you to learn the material.  I absolutely adored the no busy work format of WGU, but someone taking an objective assessment heavy program will really need to either know or learn the material to do well.
Yes, WGU courses contain mini quizzes during the reading, which reveal their answers and which are exactly like the kinds of questions that will be on the exam. Often the exam seems easier than the quizzes in the reading material too. I have a few courses in my degree which are still on the old WGU layout/lesson format and they don't contain any quizzes during the reading (the reading is also just plain links to materials and not broken down and explained like everything is in the new course layouts).

The WGU exams are - unlike my brick and mortar colleges have been - multiple choice or match the answer, and most of the questions are common sense. If you do the reading as fast as possible, then take the exam as fast as possible, there's no way you'll fail them. The danger in failing comes if you are taking like 2 months to finish a course plus aren't doing flashcards or anything for review, and you forget everything by the time it comes to take the exam. Plus - again unlike at a brick and mortar - you can retake WGU exams several times soon after each other without any penalty, that's why there is no extra credit needed. It's not a "fail and you're done".

It's rare to find any college that allows open book non-proctored exams, I think. Anyways WGU seems to consider the real work to be in the assignments, not the exams.

Out of the 27 classes in my WGU degree, only 7 have exams.
Finished: 2 AAs, 1 BA, 2 trade schools, 3 ENEB MAs, JLPT N1.
In Progress: 1 WGU MA, 2 Mastercurssos, 3 more ENEB MAs, teacher license.
