1.This is a brand new program - no graduates

2.This may be a better fit for MBAs. I have a master in legal studies and will complete a masters in hospitality management in August and have only been given initial transfer credit for four classes. (if I really pursued it I could perhaps get more).

TBH, if they would have approved me for max amount of transfer credits I'd sign up now. That being said from what I gather from admissions most DBA classes will be taught by one faculty memeber. So even with a high amount of transfer credit you may have to wait for classes you need to be taught. I'll still consider this program but, it may not be the right fit for my purposes. Also, they wouldnt commit to letting me ride a horse at graduation.

They're accepting masters-level transfer credits?

Having only 1 faculty member for all of the DBA classes just isn't realistic. I'm definitely interested in this program, but how can it be a 12 month program with 1 professor? That poor person will be burnt out in no time.

If Degree Forum floods them with students, they'll be forced to hire more instructors. LOL

TBH, at doctoral distance programs this small a good chunk of the classes could just be crosslisted master's classes or, like at troy's PHD sports management program, all your electives are straight master's classes.

How would the transfer work for this program? Would a completed MBA from WGU get 50% of coursework waived?
