1 & 2, it's the same thing, MBA is exactly that, an MBA anywhere else. Top up just indicates they've transferred classes into the degree, you finish with the same degree everyone else gets when you graduate. Here's an example, you do a level 7 UK diploma, top up to an MBA from a UK university, you get the MBA from that uni. If you don't go the top up route, you get admitted directly at the uni and complete the same degree, but in a longer time frame.
