Hmm, I wonder 'what classes' can transfer into the degree and drop it down to 50% to be completed, example/what if someone did the VUL DHA or the South College DBA (but not finished it yet and want to transfer)... Tuition shows as $21,060 one year and $39,780 up to two years, not bad if you can finish in the year!
