You'll be able to see what is offered, find something similar at ENEB, and try to ladder up to a partner university of choice. I believe that if I go to ENEB, I would then have to find an evacuation company to verify that as a Level 7 120 OfQual credit.  Then I will use that to apply top up programs. Is my understanding correct?

No company will verify it for level 7
And you need to check the UK university also.
