What are you looking at getting? The Associates, Bachelors, or something else?
Or Engineering but I fear that may take 4 years
Hell, we can skip that step. I can get you a Master of Science in Computer Science or Engineering -- your choice -- for $7,600 or $8,700, respectively, from a public university (no private, for-profit diploma mills here) and you don't even need a bachelor's to get accepted into the program.

MSc in Engineering: https://online.abertay.ac.uk/programmes/...gineering/
Since you are based in the US, you might be interested in CU Boulder's online MSCS program ($15k), it allows you to start the program without a bachelor's degree. It's performance-based with no application needed. If you can pass their pathway course with a B or above, you're in. But not gonna lie, it's kind of odd to get a master's degree without first getting a bachelor's degree.
