No, you can use evaluation for UMPI or another institution you're thinking of getting the Bachelors from though. Unless it's free for the transcription, you're sending extra info that Peirpont doesn't really need, another reason you may want to is, if the credits are coming from a source that may go under, having it showing on Pierpont transcript may 'house' it for a longer period.
