Would a Master's in Higher Education serve me well without that 'experience' needed by any chance?

I hold certifications as a Drug and Alcohol counselor in NY and as a phlebotomist. Suggestions on where I can go to GRAD school? I have a B.L.S. in Management and Pre-Law from UMPI.
Maybe public health instead; I'm not sure at this point, honestly, and any help will do. thanks
"Lack of work experience" is so subjective. Volunteer for a healthcare administration assignment with a blood donor organization for a month then reapply. However, there are many MHA programs out there, but I personally think the MBA with a concentration in healthcare administration will offer the greatest utility. With a BLS in management from an RA school like UMPI, you can do much better than WGU!
Thanks for this uplifting statement. really. Maybe I'll think it through a little more then. I'm horrible at math and it's my weak point also another reason to why I'm not too keen on doing an MBA.
