However, I saw some people saying that they are continuing education credits instead of bachelor's credits and that they are in a quarter system instead of a semester system. Could this be a problem when transfering to TESU? Also do you guys have any suggestions for high level math courses online? The only source I could find is UIUC Netmath, but they are really expensive... I tried looking at the options in the wiki, but I haven't been able to find courses like abstract algebra or complex analysis
They offer both Continuing Ed and University credit. You have to clarify with the extension office which kind of credit a particular program offers as the website listings can be less than clear. Quarter units are not an impediment, you just have to understand the conversion. You take the number of quarter units and divide by 1.5. So a 4 quarter unit class ends up netting you 2.66 semester units. TESU will generally accept that as fulfilling a 3 unit requirement, but you do have to make up the missing one-third of a unit with an elective. For a GenEd requirement, you'll need to make it up in GenEd electives, if in AOS, then you make it up in AOS electives.
