Solar Eclipse 2024 - Who is going to watch it?

We are in one of the areas of totality. Schools are closed and lots of events. But honestly, I don’t know if I am going to try to see anything.  I did get the special glasses though.

I'm close enough to totality. It's a short drive for me. 

This eclipse is definitely a good excuse to close work and schools and have a party. It is interesting because it will affect many major cities.   

Niagara Falls and Buffalo, New York, seem like the best places to be if you are close to the east coast.

Down south, Dallas or Austin, Texas, would be the place to be.

If you get totality, it's a strange feeling when things go from day to night. The bugs will start chirping as if it is night-time.
