I am only doing one capstone and was not told I would need to complete anything additional. I've only inquired about my personal situation and that was the reply, which came from the Assistant Director of Graduation and Certification.

Just because of a name change in the degree, the degree is exactly as it was before. I would have never imagined this would happen... a waste of a double degree though...I would certainly reach out to TESU for confirmation before making any assumptions and proceeding with additional coursework. This is fairly new territory, so we don't yet have any evidence that they will still allow multiple AOS while combining these types of degrees. For me, personally, it worked out because I did not intend on getting a double degree, so this change did not mess with my original plan the way it did with the original poster.
