Nikki Haley, the media's favorite token Republican, declines to name slavery as a cause of the U.S. Civil War in town hall.

The cause of the Civil War wasn't slavery.  The cause of the Civil War was states' rights.  A major right in contention, but by no means the only one, was slavery.  Nikki was overthinking.  Maybe she's the brown face of white supremacy?  Jeesh!
