That's right, it's like saying I went to Harvard, when in fact I took the HarvardX classes... you want to let people know honestly and truthfully by entering what exactly you've taken and the info. You don't have to indicate the dates/years and that, but everything else should be what it's written on the transcripts.

Another example is saying you went to Purdue University, when you've gone to Purdue Global which is a subsidiary yet an entirely different institution altogether, the same goes with the other 'online' global campuses from similar institutions...
