Hmm, after going back and forth, UMPI may or may not be your best option due to the practicum required.  Just like their CJ degree, I don't think anyone on the board or the sister board has completed a practicum requirement, so we don't know the full scope of what is required.  My suggestion is to dig deep into either continuing with your first choice the UMPI BA Psych (add the AALS with science concentration, forget it, the degree will be complete when you do all the sciences at the community college and the BA Psych requirements) or going for the TESU BA Psych without a practicum (add the AS Biology, forget it, and the same sentence as above).

Basically, If you look carefully at the requirements for the entry to the degree, you need several sciences, Bio, Chem, etc.  You need to complete these from a community college as the alternative credits are not graded.  You want to maybe bundle them together, such as taking Bio I & Chem I, Bio II & Chem II, A&PI + Microbiology, then A&P II and another course.  You want to limit the alternative credits for transfer, so decide on TESU (30 electives, can all be your sciences) vs UMPI (35 elective credits, same thing)...
