You might want to consider doing CUNY IT degree if they let you get multiple degrees at CUNY SPS.
All you need is 2 google certs and a few other courses, then you only have to do 5 courses at CUNY SPS.

Other than that, an MBA is an option. You can do a quick 1yr one or go for a higher prestige 2yr one.
