but the courses "expected" confusion would still exist
For the TESU plans, all the courses are confirmed to work for each degree.
SNHU's CS360 - Mobile Architecture and Programming may come in as LL and is not confirmed to work with TESU CS.
You can ask TESU advising what that SNHU course will come in as though they probably won't be able to tell before you transfer it in.
If a course is considered UL at a 4yr school, there's a 99% chance TESU will consider it UL as well - they've been like that for many years.
The question is more of an equivalency question - as in, what will the prefix be. In this case, I would compare it to 2 other courses that TESU offers with the word "mobile" in the title: 1) CYB4400: Mobile Forensics and 2) ITS3400: Wireless and Mobile Networking. They are listed under the "Cybersecurity" section and have a CYB and ITS prefix. That means that these will not work in the BACS degree. So I don't think that the SNHU course will work there either - it will probably have a CYB or ITS prefix as well.
That's how you have to look at things and make a guesstimate based on available evidence.
