I've decided to take "Computer Science 105: Introduction to Operating Systems," "Business 303: Management Information Systems," and "Sociology 101: Intro to Sociology" via Study.com. Also, I'll give Discrete Maths a shot at Metropolia (once I've got my ID sorted). But if that doesn't pan out, Study.com is my backup. For the Civic engagement bit, I'm leaning towards US Govt on Sophia, but might pivot to American Govt at TESU, replacing one of my initial TESU course selections:
- CIS-3510 Software Engineering (3 credits)
- SOS-1100 Information Literacy (3 credits)
- Two CAPSTONES courses (6 credits)
- CIS-107 Computer Concepts (3 credits)
As for RA credits, I understand that I might need to add another XAMK course. After completing it, I'd get its ECTS along with IVGC's 27 ECTS evaluated (I know I'll have to cover the costs separately). This will be after August 6, as XAMK Pulse Studies is not reviewing coursework until then. Any suggestions for another XAMK course?
Finally: if I don't manage to have 100 credits for both degrees by July 28 and can't make the August enrollment but have to wait for the September term (in order to take all 15 credits at once and pay the Flat tuition), could I realistically wrap up all coursework by November 1st in order to graduate in December? Is that too much of a stretch?
No, the last term you can use for Dec graduation is August. The Sep term means you'd have to settle for March graduation.
