I paid ENEB to send my transcript and diploma to IEE and then paid IEE to upgrade my evaluation to an 'official' one. I requested a revision to change my 2.50 per credit classes based on US academic standards to 3.0, and told them I was not only using the evaluation for jobs, but in order to be able to transfer my credits to a US University that required per class credits to be 3.0. I also mentioned how other ENEB/Isabel students who used IEE were granted a change in per class credits to 3.0.
Instead of honoring what they did for other ENEB/Isabel students, they kept my per class credits at 2.50.
Just a quick observation to share. Each FCE evaluates ENEB differently, as you already know. I would not get too attached to a 2.5 credit vs. a 3.0 credit. Each institution accepts the credits as they see fit, and many will accept the DEGREE over the number of credits. I recommend that you keep searching and find the right school to give you what you want. For example, I confirmed with Excelsior University that (in completing their BA/BS), they accept the full 3.0 credits from an ECE Evaluation of ENEB, regardless of ECE giving ENEB 2.5.
I plan to complete at least 40 ENEB modules, obtain my ECE Evaluation (Suject Analysis Report), send it to Excelsior, and get 120 credits for a BA/BS Completion. You just have to find the right place that will accept what you want. Don't isolate just one school or one Evaluator.
Let me confirm another recent scenario that just happened last week: I don't have a BA/BS. I have two Master's from ENEB. I'm in a current Doctor of Healthcare Administration program at VUL. I'm looking into another $18,000 MPH from Eastern Washington University. When I spoke with the admissions Rep, he said this, "the ENEB Masters will need to be evaluated by a recognized NACES provider (though I already know there are none that will evaluate ENEB as a US Master's). However, you can be accepted into our MPH program with your doctoral degree."
There is always more than one way to "skin the cat." You can achieve your goals by trying a different route. And, in reading some of the previous posts on this Forum, I may try one of the evaluators that give a Graduate Diploma or Certificate and transfer credits into the MPH. You never know what will come of trying different avenues.
