This is something new to me. I've never requested my transcripts and been charged. This must be something new ENEB is doing; charging a fee for transcripts.
However, yes, I've seen this site. When I asked for their current deals to pay for 2 additional Master's, they sent me to the same site for payment. "Hotmart" must be their new payment portal for paying ENEB fees.
ENEB charges for many things that they haven't previously - transcript requests, evaluating transfer credit, minor changes/additions to existing academic documentation like Proof of Enrollment, etc.
