Course Rollover

Hi -

- What is the average number of courses people take in an 8 week session?

- What happens if I don’t complete a course within the 8 week session?

I completed 4 in the last session.  I hoped to do 6 but a cancer scare for me (benign) and then two weeks later my wife needing surgery slowed me down.  Sometimes life gets in the way.  I thought about withdrawing but instead just took the time I needed and got back to it when it was possible.

Once I completed the first two classes so I would at least meet expectations (which took me 4-5 weeks with the medical stuff), I felt confident I could add one and then another, but didn't want to risk failing one by not completing on time so I did not add any towards the end.  I didn't have any work to do in the last week but at least I got them done.  It turned out to be not the greatest session to start UMPI but I did get it done.  Maybe I will get the last 6 done in the next session.  Maybe not.  You never know what life will bring, but one foot in front of the other will get there finally.
