I assume IEE probably wants the documents directly from ENEB/Isabel I. It's stupid. Evaluators claim to be knowledgeable about foreign credits, but they don't even know how transcripts are handled abroad. It's not like in the US!
It doesn't make sense to me, and they actually contradict themselves. The email I received after placing an order for an official evaluation (with the verification fee) stated: "IEE requires original transcripts for evaluation purposes. For faster processing, we prefer these documents be sent electronically via email to records@myiee.org or through a trusted 3rd party service which can be found on our Document Requirements page. If you are unable to request your documents be sent to IEE by the issuing institution, you may submit your own copy which may be subject to verification for a fee."
But then at the top of the email stated "by email MyIEE Reference No.XXXXXXXXX. xxxxxx@myiee.org. Only documents sent directly from verified university email addresses will be accepted."
Which directly contradicts their statement above, "If you are unable to request your documents be sent to IEE by the issuing institution, you may submit your own copy which may be subject to verification for a fee."
And on their page for Spain document requirements it states for titulo diplomas for employment evaluation, acceptable documents include: "original or photocopy or scan is acceptable if the official transcript confirms the degree."

Wait, so they evaluated your per class credits as 2.75? Why in the world did they only evaluate mine as 2.5 per class? (I don't know if this matters, but I made all A's and a 4.0 for both of my degrees). What are you going to say to them to get them to increase your per class credits to 3.0?
As for ENEB emailing the transcript, did they also have to email your diplomas to IEE for evaluation, or did IEE allow you to submit those via email or upload?
IEE utilizes the US two-year master's degree, which is equivalent to approximately 36 credits, as a benchmark for post-graduate level credits. Regarding the ENEB degree, IEE has indicated that it is a 1.5-year program, which translates to 30 US credits (1.5 years x 20 credits per year).
According to the ENEB transcripts, the program comprises a total of 60 credits (ECTS). To determine the credit conversion per course, IEE follows the formula: 60 divided by the number of courses divided by 2.
For instance, if the program consists of 11 courses like the Master in Big Data and Business Intelligence, the calculation would be as follows: 60 divided by 11 equals 5.454545, which is then divided by 2, resulting in 2.72727 US credits (rounded up to 2.75).
In the case of a program with 12 or 13 courses, the resulting credit conversion would be 2.5.
Thank you for the math and breaking it down. What is confusing to me is the inconsistency of IEE's evaluating. Silvious said they received 2.75 per class for each of their degrees. (Big Data has 11 classes, PM has 11 classes, but the MBA has 13 classes, and they still received 2.75 per class credit.)
I don’t understand the inconsistency of IEE evaluating my 12 classes as 2.5, yet evaluating Silvious’ 13 classes for the MBA as 2.75 per class credit.Wouldn't they have evaluated the 13 class MBA at 2.30 per class?
I believe that only IEE has the answer, so it would be best to contact them.
