1) A Canadian university offering a 2+2 is not a 2nd bachelor's program, it's the same as we offer here for transferring students going for their first bachelor's.

2) The NYU SPS degree is also not a 2nd bachelor's program - and it specifically doesn't allow for one - because it's similar to the BOG AAS in that they are trying to help people get their first bachelor's degree.

Correct, but my point wasn't that, as I mentioned in my post above, it's "like" which means for second degree seekers, a Canadian university will only accept the first two years, the final two years still need to be completed at the final Canadian institution, no if/and/or buts about it. So, again for the NYU SPS comment, I stand with what I just mentioned previously as well...
