Davar MAN390 Managerial Communications UL or LL?

NCCRS database says that it is an UL course.

Then the TESU transfer list Davar Academy has on their website says that TESU takes it as Upper Level.

I know someone who transferred it into TESU as upper level just this spring.
I would contact TESU and/or Davar Academy to get clarification.

Here's what the NCCRS database says:

Credit recommendation: In the lower division baccalaureate/associate degree category, 3 semester hours in Business or Management (11/16) (3/22 revalidation).

Considering that Davar still says that you can transfer in 117cr to both TESU and EU to get a degree, I'm going to guess that things don't get updated as frequently as they should.
