Teex - How long for Credly badges to show up?

After nine days of emailing and calling, they finally responded to me and explained that I needed to take a total of three TEEX classes in order to earn one Ace/Credly badge worth 5 credits. 
They explained that this was indicated in the details for the class.  I'm not sure if it was or not, but it is on their website now.  You have to drill down to the "show more" detail area of the class, and there it says "credit hours through ACE are provided only if all three courses are completed."  In some cases, you must complete four classes to received a badge.
In my case, I took the other two classes and once I had all three classes finished:  AWR397 – Cybersecurity for Everyone, AWR168 – Foundations of Cyber Crime, and AWR174 – Cyber Ethics

That highlights an interesting potential change, since I only had a one-credit Info Security for Everyone and the two-credit Cyber Ethics. Both were taken in late 2019, and I never bothered to complete the whole sequence. (Both went into UMPI as separate COS 2XX electives, if that helps anyone!)

There was none of that run-around when I emailed two months ago and got it done rapidly, although it would make sense if that's a requirement in the renewed ACE versions of their courses. It could also just be that I reached out to that other email address, but I'm doubting it now.
