TEEX sometimes requires that you complete several classes in order to earn one Ace/Credly badge, so if you are emailing them about receiveing a badge, and they're not responding, you may want to check the class detail area and learn from my experience.
When I originally posted here that TEEX was not responding to my Ace/Credly badge request, it's true, they were not responding to me, but it was because I needed to complete three classes to earn a badge, and at the time, I had only completed one class.
It was the first time I had ever taken a class through TEEX and I assumed it worked like Sophia - you finish a class and they issue an Ace/Credly badge, but it doesn't always work that way with TEEX.
In my case, I had finished AWR397 – Cybersecurity for Everyone and assumed an Ace/Credly badge would be issued right away, so I emailed them, and didn't hear back.
After nine days of emailing and calling, they finally responded to me and explained that I needed to take a total of three TEEX classes in order to earn one Ace/Credly badge worth 5 credits.
They explained that this was indicated in the details for the class. I'm not sure if it was or not, but it is on their website now. You have to drill down to the "show more" detail area of the class, and there it says "credit hours through ACE are provided only if all three courses are completed." In some cases, you must complete four classes to received a badge.
In my case, I took the other two classes and once I had all three classes finished: AWR397 – Cybersecurity for Everyone, AWR168 – Foundations of Cyber Crime, and AWR174 – Cyber Ethics
I emailed them again, and this time, they immediately issued the Credly badge - in less than 24 hours.
So, if you're emailing them and they are not responding, you may want to look closely at the class description here: https://teex.org/program/online/ Make sure to click "show more" to see the full class description. If it says you must complete a designated number of classes to earn Ace/Credly credit, and you've only completed one of the classes, this may explain why you are not receiving a response.
I hope that helps.
