No idea who Tony is nor who is handling those other email accounts, but I just checked the email I sent in March 2023 and it was to EducationOutreach@teex.tamu.edu. I included my name, TEEX ID Number (left blank), the courses, and when they were completed. Steven replied within 12 hours and the badges were posted.
