Hey, it's best to do one at a time... Always complete the Sophia.org credits first to verify they can transfer into your degree. UMPI courses should be taken separately as you want to finish them easier/faster by concentrating on those courses and not be distracted by completing something else.
Further to that, it's like a subscription, you're wasting $ on two subscriptions when you can pay for one at a time and plow through Sophia.org first and then UMPI afterwards. Sophia.org courses count as alternative transfer credit, your UMPI will be graded credit and you'll have at least 30.
Masters programs will generally look at your final year or two of studies, you should be fine for most programs. Create a spreadsheet, make the file viewable and not editable on your google/one drive and link us to it.
