Strayer may require a TOEFL before you could access the challenge exam at all. Bear in mind that getting the exam credits over to TESU is not a trivial matter. It's pretty difficult.
Even if you can get it transferred, Strayer exams are pass/fail. So, they likely will not count for the 9 semester hours required to waive the TOEFL requirement per https://www.tesu.edu/admissions/apply-in...al-student
For cheap/easy-ish "RA" credit, I would strongly recommend Metropolia University credits vs. Strayer challenge exams. They have Discrete Math for 15€ and a bunch of other courses applicable to TESU Comp Sci/Math degrees for free or cheap. It would then cost about $200 to get these Finnish credits evaluated by ACEI for transfer to TESU. May or may not be quite as cheap as Strayer challenge exams, but it would certainly be simpler and less stress to do so. These are also pass/fail.
If you want to avoid the TOEFL, I would recommend taking 3 ASU Universal Learner and/or TEL Learning courses. ASU would probably be easier, but it would cost $425 per course. TEL would be $200 each but each one has two proctored exams and multiple assignments. Neither of these require a TOEFL. Since you've already planned to take Calculus at ASU and Quantitative Analysis at TEL, just add one more from either TEL or ASU. I would probably suggest one of ASU's history courses instead of Sophia's US History, but that's up to you.
Also, you have Saylor listed as being RA. Maybe you meant to type Strayer? Saylor is not RA.
