Yeah, you need to get that clarified ASAP. If EGCC and/or UMPI finds out about your prior degree without you disclosing it, you could potentially have your degree(s) revoked. This could also include the loss of any credits you've earned since your first Associate degree. Which could potentially get you in hot water with your union. Much easier to get this sorted out now.
I strongly suspect that, at least for the Bachelor's degree, the union won't care about anything but the award date. A substantial percentage of students think that they must get an Associate first, then a Bachelor's degree in the future. If the union restricted the pay bump to just people who earned 100% of their degree while a member, with absolutely no prior credit, they might as well not have such a policy for raises in the first place. Almost nobody would qualify.
