I sent an email a couple of weeks ago to the careerservices email address requesting an Acclaim/Credly badge, and never heard back from anyone.
There is another thread on this site that suggests sending an email to StudentRecords@teex.tamu.edu, so I sent one to them, and they forwarded my request (and copied me) back to the Careerservices@teex.tamu.edu email address again. So far .... radio silence.
I am playing the waiting game again, hoping I hear back. The forwarded email also cc'd someone named Hannah, so I plan to email her directly if I don't hear from the Career Services people in the next few days.
It's frustrating because Sophia issues the badges so effortlessly, and TEEX is making it so difficult. I am waiting for the ACE Credit so I can send to Pierpont for a BOG AAS with an IT emphasis. I don't think I will take any more classes at TEEX if they're going to drag their feet like this.
Please let me know if you have any luck with them.
FYI, I emailed the Career services address and a couple others all at once asking for help getting the badges. I got the response below. Hopefully it'll help you as well!
