Don't rule out HAU just because you can't get a student loan to pay it (there is no Pell Grant $ after bachelor's). They have payment plan options; you can email them and they'll let you know the options. I had a family member who split it into two payments (half at start, then the other half later - 6 months later I believe), someone else here talked about four $750 payments. $3k for a RA MBA is an amazing price, even 1 term at WGU can't beat that.
That university also has no ranking and limited degree options. Someone may never get a job with it.
