I am not 100% sure; my German isn't good enough to check Anabin one way or another. @sarahmac may be able to assist. She's German and, IIRC, she is getting a TESU degree. But I forget which one. She also seems pretty well-versed in the German system.
TESU is rated H+/- in Anabin, which means that some degrees are accepted and others are not. My German ability is not up to searching to see if they get more specific. I found some posts on German forums, from a few years back, that indicate that ACBSP accreditation is/was good at the time. I am unable to verify whether that was actually true or if it was ever true. It could be the TESU Nursing and Aviation degrees, for instance, that aren't accepted, while everything else is. Or it could be everything but Business degrees are accepted.
On the other hand, UMPI has no secondary accreditation beyond their primary accreditation. They are RA accredited, but they don't even have ACBSP accreditation. However, they're rated as H+ in Anabin, which means that even their Business degrees should be accepted.
If you got the dual BACS/BSBA CIS degree, you should have at least one degree that is accepted by Anabin. I think you'd be able to use both for employment purposes, though?
