ASU $400 x 7 = $2800 (21 credits) vs TESU $77 x $77 = $539 (21 credits)
Call me crazy, but one side seems expensive for UL credits for the financial goals that tend to be within this forum.
So, first, your math is completely wrong, as is your info.
UL TECEP exams are $77 per CREDIT, not per course. So 21cr of UL would be $1,616.
Also, $77 x $77 = $5929. For what it's worth.
I'm mostly being snarky here because of your tone. Acting like someone else is dumb about something, but then giving incorrect info, is just begging for snark.
I never insinuated someone was dumb and just shared that there were cheaper options. A $400 per course is not the most expensive, but it becomes really expensive compared to free or $77 per credit.
It was $77 x 7 courses ...$77 x $77 was a typo, but I appreciate the math lesson.
Thank you for the correction on it being per credit / that's on me. I went off my sister's share and did not research the details. It seemed crazy cheap for TESU, but with the free Coursera UL credits earned, I thought it was possible.
We agree (I think) it's still a significant saving which was my overall interest in sharing.
The dumb comment has thrown me, especially when I have never demonstrated that style with my posts. However, if that is how my post made you feel, I will take note.
