Anybody using financial aid at Excelsior?

I am trying to apply for some institutional scholarships to help me pay for ECE exams and some fees. I did go ahead and add EC to my FAFSA because I was told I had to send them a copy in order to apply for the scholarships.

I don't plan on taking any of their distance courses (they are a little pricey), IMO. And, I prefer taking exams because they work so much better for me.

Has anyone else received a scholarship from EC for ECE's or even to pay for some of the school fees? How was the process? Did you have to take any courses through them to qualify for a scholarship?
