Trying to pick a grad school

I'd like to earn it as fast as possible and don't really want to spend more than 6 grand or so. I am also paying  for it all out of pocket. 

I'm happy to have someone correct me if I'm wrong but I'm pretty sure that you're not going to find a Masters degree in anything that's useful to you for under 6K unless it's something like this
